9. Indemnification
If you fail to comply with one or more of our terms, we reserve the right to restrict your access to our website. Infringements of intellectual property rights, distribution of viruses, malware or spam, and any attempt to bypass our security (e.g., hacking, phishing) may give rise to legal action and liability for damages. Compensation shall be determined based on the extent of the damage, with a minimum amount of €500 per confirmed infringement.
10. Payment of Invoices, Interest, and Collection
10.1 Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment must be made to the specified bank account or via the agreed payment method.
10.2 Late Payment and Interest
In case of late payment, the customer shall automatically owe interest at the statutory commercial rate, as determined in Article 5 of the Belgian Law of 2 August 2002 on combating late payments in commercial transactions, plus a flat fee of €40 for administrative costs.
10.3 Collection
If payment is not made, DBMS Group reserves the right to appoint a collection agency or lawyer to recover the amounts due. All costs arising from collection, including court fees and reasonable third-party fees, are fully borne by the customer.
10.4 Retention of Ownership
All products and services delivered remain the property of DBMS Group until full payment is received from the customer.
10.5 Governing Law and Competent Courts
All agreements are governed by Belgian law. For all disputes arising from this agreement, only the courts of the district where DBMS Group has its registered office have jurisdiction.
11. Termination
We may immediately terminate or suspend your account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, any violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
This website is managed by DBMS Group, located at Brussegem, registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under BE0886.772.119. For questions or comments, contact us via the Contact Form or by phone at +32 (0)496/61.51.71.
Disputes are subject exclusively to Belgian law and are submitted solely to the courts of Brussels. If any of these terms is invalid or inapplicable, the remaining terms remain in full force.

By continuing to use the service after these changes have become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
